La Trobe University has established a reputation for producing graduates who have a positive impact on communities, businesses and organisations. Among the University’s 167,000 graduates are some of the most influential people of our time including CEOs, parliamentarians, human rights activists, medical researchers and Olympians.
Our research is focused on resolving some of the greatest challenges of our time. We have invested A$450 million in new facilities including the La Trobe Institute of Molecular Science and the Centre for Agribioscience, where researchers are driving new ways to fight disease, and tackle climate change, drought and other threats to Australian agriculture
